Anyhoos - I realise an image of the actual text can be difficult to read on screen, so here it is. If you haven't seen the shirt yet, there's a link at the end :) Cheers Ian Front text:

Operating Instructions for the Human Body

1. Assembly.

The Human Body is pre-assembled and self-maintaining when given proper care. Just follow these simple instructions to feed it, water it, and keep it out of trouble for a long and reliable service life.

2. Operating Environment

Temperature Range: 36.1–37.2°C (97–99°F) internal temperature. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, cold, or direct sunlight.

Maintain moderate humidity levels for skin and respiratory health. Avoid prolonged exposure to overcrowded or high-stress environments; ensure access to fresh air at all times for proper respiratory function, movement and relaxation. Avoid enclosed spaces without adequate oxygen levels. Monitor surroundings to ensure safety and correct functioning.

3. Daily Inputs.

Fuel: Calories: ~2,000–2,500 per day for average adult (varies by activity, age, and size; consult your local technician for specific requirements). Include carbohydrates (50%), proteins (10–15%), and fats (20–35%).

Hydration: Water: ~2–3 liters daily (adjust based on activity and climate).

Micronutrients: Balance vitamins and minerals through a varied diet.

4. Usage Guidelines.

Movement: Engage in physical activity for at least 30 minutes daily. Alternate between aerobic exercises (e.g., walking, running) and strength training.

Rest: Sleep 7–9 hours per night to recharge internal systems.

Maintenance: Adhere to regular grooming, bathing, and hygiene practices. Schedule regular inspections by qualified professionals to identify wear, damage, or potential malfunctions. Periodic servicing is highly recommended for the most satisfying experience. Recommended maintenance practices will ensure optimal performance and longevity.

5. Performance Tips.

Use the brain for complex problem-solving, creativity, and emotional regulation, but don't overheat it pursuing endless rabbit holes on social media. Optimize sensory inputs (sight, hearing, taste, touch, smell) by exploring diverse environments. Engage in real life social interactions to maintain emotional and psychological balance.

6. Precautions.

Avoid Overloading: Junk food binges and overindulgence are not your friends.

Toxins: Avoid exposure to harmful chemicals, smoke, pollutants or extreme operating conditions.

Stress Management: Practice mindfulness, breathing exercises, or other relaxation techniques.

Injury Prevention: Use protective equipment during high-risk activities.  Sharp objects are never innocent. Don’t play with guns or religious cults. Pay attention to body signals to prevent overuse or strain.

IMPORTANT: Physical harm, excessive stress, or unsafe conditions may cause catastrophic premature failure.

7. Troubleshooting.

Low Energy: Check for insufficient caloric intake or sleep deprivation.

Mental Fog: Ensure hydration and proper nutrition; seek new intellectual challenges.

Pain or Discomfort: Stop activity and assess; seek professional guidance if persistent.

Mood Swings: Evaluate sleep quality, stress levels, and social interactions.

8. Warnings.

Do not operate continuously without sleep; this may lead to malfunction or shutdown. Avoid reliance on unverified substances for performance enhancement. Prolonged inactivity or unhealthy lifestyle can result in system degradation.

9. Lifespan.

Your Human Body is designed for an active life of approximately 70–100 years with appropriate maintenance. Actual longevity may vary according to genetic specification, environment, wear and tear, and care quality.

10. Recycling.

The Human Body is biodegradable and composed of natural elements. Please ensure respectful and ecologically friendly disposal and decomposition. Some parts may be suitable for recycling - consult a specialist technician for details.
